I always have a great experience at PetSmart, thanks in large part to Jack. He is consistently friendly, kind, and helpful every time I visit. On my most recent trip, he went above and beyond by helping me locate my pet food and even carrying it out to my car. While he does make a strong effort to encourage me to sign up for the PetSmart app and online ordering service, I certainly don't fault him for that since he was simply doing his job. Do not recommend for prescription pet food. They require you to bring in a prescription from your vet during Banfield's open hours to get a MedCard. Unfortunately I work until after Banfield is closed. Even with my old expired Banfield card and the new written prescription from my vet, they opted to lecture me for no Banfield card and refuse sale. Luckily Petco across town has a MUCH easier process, which is where I will be taking all of my pet supply business moving forward.
