I took my cat to a grooming salon in leesburg location.When we got back home, I noticed that he kept shaking his head. When I decided to check her ears, I found a large piece of cotton inside his ears and it had been there for few hours. If you love your pet, never take them to this location.

I have been using Banfield Petsmart over a year for my 2 dogs and cat. All staffs were nice and vet office is clean. My pets are very comfortable also. I am highly recommended.
