As a Brand Ambassador I am required to work this store twice a month. It is the only store where the manager treats us like dirt. Yesterday I needed him to sign my shift paperwork, because he was the only manager on duty at that time, but instead he yelled at me in front of a number of customers because he does not like to be bothered by brand ambassadors and has said as much. The trainer, Clay, is awesome! The whole staff is great with both my dogs, one of which has socialization issues. Love bringing them here.
I would like it if the employees didnt tell me when i can and can not buy a fish or a set of fish. The women was nice about it, but having had previous fish in the tank I have already, and knowing what I can put in it, I dont like being told I cannot buy a fish. Very irritating.
