Santa at PetSmart is very gracious and patient. His staff is amazing! Our two girls were so anxious. Our male dog walked right in and sat down next to him. We got an awesome pic of all three dogs. It is appreciated!
I booked an online appointment for my dogs grooming. Get the confirmation email and calendar invite. Good to go right? WRONG!!!! PetSmart sends me an email 2 days before the scheduled date saying my appointments been cancelled!!! So I call and the associate in the salon renews the appointment she also says my dogs rabies certificate expired in April— it’s now October— I tell her I turned that in on 4/14 the last time she was groomed. After seeing 12 news post today, I went to Pet Smart to get free paw shoes to protect my dogs paws from the heat as advertized on Facebook. I was told by asst manager that this is fake news. I ask the he call the manager or a 1-800 number or something. He did neither. I felt unimportant. I had just spent $75. I have a pic of the ad and showed it to him and he was impressed.

I hope fire Pet Groomer Manager horrible experience I used Pets marts over 20 years. They not let have regular groomer said she not work there she did . Lied . They trying get 70 grooming.
