Dog owners BEWARE! PetSmart groomers in Smyrna TN are inexperienced/unprofessional.. My dog was cut while being groomed/sore Manager did NOT notify me/takes no responsibility/even hung up the phone on me once he knew it was me. This company does NOT care about cutting up your dog/leaving you to figure out how your dog will ever trust anyone to groom him/her again. Disappointed in how dog/I have been treated since. Do not use this store/Doug is a horrible manager!!
