We have shopped at the Smyrna Petsmart for several years in spite of their culture of treating customers as an annoyance. They have always seemed to be frustrated when we needed assistance in finding an item, or if we had a question about a product. In our final visit to this store, they were extremely rude and refused to let us check out, even though we had followed their precise instructions in providing the documentation needed for the purchase a prescription item. Dog owners BEWARE! PetSmart groomers in Smyrna TN are inexperienced/unprofessional.. My dog was cut while being groomed/sore Manager did NOT notify me/takes no responsibility/even hung up the phone on me once he knew it was me. This company does NOT care about cutting up your dog/leaving you to figure out how your dog will ever trust anyone to groom him/her again. Disappointed in how dog/I have been treated since. Do not use this store/Doug is a horrible manager!!
