DO NOT take your dog to this location. They are HORRIBLE and do not treat the dogs with care. And whatever you do DO NOT have AMY groom your dog. She does not treat your dog with care. She yanks them and pulls on them and talks to them with a mean face and voice. DO not take your animal to the salon some of the workers they torture animals there but when they see you they act like super nice .don't put your inoccent animal there since they cannot tell you later what has been done to them ..go to Google and search by your selfĀ
Worst experience ever cancelled my reservation and blamed the call center.Ā
Apparently a report was written about our 13 yr old chihuahua being aggressive with the employees (although she has no teeth) during her stay but we were not told of this nor was it written on her "report card". Meanwhile they made a reservation over the phone for another stay and when we went to drop her off the morning of our flight they refused to take her. All I can say is that I left my healthy beautiful loving cat Mochi at Pet Smart recently while I was on the West Coast for a week. He had trouble during the week and died the day after I picked him up. Something seemed very strange to me so I will never have a good thing to say about Pet Smart or their employees. Live and learn I guess. Unfortunately Mochi will no longer be able to do that.Ā
Made appointments for our three dogs. Arrived on the day of, they only had one of our dogs on the books. While waiting for the store employee to find our other appointments, the groomer was work on a poodle and ever time the dog barely moved she hatefully would say āstop it!ā Also, the groomer was listening to scary music with violent lyrics. I did not leave any our dogs!!!Ā
Very dissapointed that today at Petsmart in Oak Ridge Tennessee they cancelled my dogs second grooming appointment in 13 days. the first cancellation was March the 2nd. because Cierra the groomer was sick the day before my scheduled visit on the 3rd.. they rescheduled me to have my dog groomed today at 12:00 March the 15th. when i got there Cierra took my dogs medical records showing his vaccinations, she never returned them to me. i was about to hand my dog over to her but mentioned there could be a very slight possibilit...Ā read more
Brittney L always does such an amazing job with our dogs. She is so caring and always remembers our boys and treats them with such love and kindness!! I recommend her and the other groomers are fantastic as well, we just have gotten to know Brittney more. There is no other place I would rather go to have my dogs groomed. Thanks so much for all you do!Ā
Do not get your dog groomed here. The grooming associates at this location are lazy. I took my dog in to get groomed and had brushed her out the night before because she has curly hair and the grooming associate Cristina called me within 10 minutes of me dropping my dog off to say that her hair is ātoo thickā and I either need to pick her up and brush her myself or shave her naked because she ādoesnāt have timeā because āsheās so bigā.
