I was advised to buy the wrong cage and my canary was injured.
This is the worst groomer I have ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and act like you're bothering them by bringing your dog in. They did a terrible job with my dog's hair the first time and the second time they cut him in several places and didn't even tell me. He didn't act normal for days. I will never take him there again.
My comment is concerning the unprofessionalism of the management team at the Mobile, AL location. I interviewed for the Operations Mgr. position in Oct. 2012, and after my interview with the store manager, the district manager wanted to interview me as well. The store mgr. at that time called to confirm my availability for a certain day, and the interview was set. Hire actual groomers. When one of your groomers make the nails bleed while clipping, offer a refund or at least apologize. Don't continuously make the same mistakes. Have better customer service.
PET SMART IN KINGSTON - ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ADVISE - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR PET HERE!! I TOOK MY LITTLE MALTESE HERE FOR A HAIRCUT THEY SHAVED HER FUR SO CLOSE THAT SHE GOT HUGE PURPLE BRUSES UNDER HER SKIN AND DIED A WEEK LATER!! SHE DIED A HORRIBLE PAINFUL DEATH AND THE "GROOMER" TOOK NO RESPONSIBLITY FOR KILLING MY DOG! VETS ALL SAID DOG DIED FROM BEING BASICALLY SCALPED TO DEATH . IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG - DONT GO TO PET SMART , THEY MURDERED MY LITTLE DOG .
I always take my dogs with me when I have to work out of town. I was working in the Raleigh, NC area during 2/13 and took my 12 year old Shih Tzu to be groomed. I took a very large picture of him so the groomer would know what he is supposed to look like when she groomed him. About one hour after dropping him off the vet hospital called me, so I had to return to the store. The groomer had shaved a layer of his left pad off the bottom of his paw. My daughter was looking for the perfect cat to take care of. We finally found Tears here. The people really helped my daughter to deliberate and let her decide for herself.
After reading the reviews on Citysearch I was a little hesitant to go here, but was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and the products that this store carries. Good visit.
