Paid $55 for my dogs first grooming. they only trimmed his face and his paws. he now looks like John C Reilly. will not be returning.

Make sure to see your animals before paying!!! They made me pay first or else I never would have. The first picture is my dog the day before the grooming, the second picture Is what we asked for (texted it to the guy) and the 3/4 pictures are how i received my dog back. They cut all my dogs hair off, right before winter and refused a refund when addressed that my dogs grooming was not what we wanted, it’s going to be so long before my dog gets her fur back and this business clearly does not care about what they did. 😕
My friend took her Pomsky to be groomed she stated that she just wanted her touched up for the holidays when she returned to pick the dog up they shaved the whole top coat off
