The staff in Marshall is very friendly. I do not recommend any Petsense for decisions made by their corporate office!!
Yall be careful getting animals from here (petsense). I got a 3 month old kitten & got it home & it was covered in ringworms. Had to treat the cat, the house, everything. I have a 5 year old & a 1 year old that had to be treated too. I called them & they just said get this shampoo at Walmart & bathe the cat. BATHE THE CAT. not sorry we gave you a ringworm infested cat, bring her so we can take care of it. 🙄
RecommendedGrooming staff and staff in general are all loving and caring to every single animal that walks into the store. they always help find everything their customers need.
We love the staff and our groomer Amber Yazzy loves her too.
Very rude customer service while grooming my dog. Had to stand 40 mins to wait on her after she had been there since 9AM with no other dogs. WILL not be back!
Amazing customer service and grooming department! They love on your fur babies like they are their own! Highly recommend this place!!

We had a awful experience with a groomer in Marshall, Texas called the shaggy dog! They shaved one dog horrible and another one was half shaved thanks to luck god and my mom we where able to get into petsense the next morning. From the time we walked in. The front shaft was awesome and the groomers went above and beyond to fix someone else mess up and they where awesome highly recommend them!
