Great service! Always accommodating
This store is a JOKE!!! I have been multiple times and they have no crickets or worms. I was told to come on Tuesday of this week because that’s their delivery day. I made the 30-40 min drive that evening and no worms or crickets. Today I called before coming and was told they had crickets so I made the 30-40 min drive again, I arrived at the store only to find out they did NOT have crickets of any size for sale only for their animals. Ridiculous and I’m reporting to cooperate.
This is such a surreal time - we're all taking extra precautions - sanitizing everything - for our protection and the protection of others. We limit our outings - primarily just trips to the grocery store. But our pets need food and treats, too. So we went to PetSense today and not only found a well-stocked store but also very thoughtful employees. Patrick saw us as we walked up to the door. Sanitizer in hand, he wiped down the door handle. Do y’all take in dog that need a home
There are more professional ways to handle people wanting to pet the adoptable cats than “You need hand sanitizer. Did you even bother reading the sign?” BTW, the sign is badly placed and not at eye level with most adults.
