Terrible communication for pet adoptions. I will give a one star because the two employees we talked to were very nice, just not up to speed on communication behind the scenes about adoption, status, "have they been adopted, no, oh wait yes they have been adopted, sorry(4 days later)
Purchased an online order. Did my receive what I had bought. Called customer service for refund, and was told to bring it to any Petsense store for refund. At store was told no refund without paper receipt, something you don't get with online orders. Store manager said he could approve a store credit,but no refund. My recommendation is to shop Chewy.com. Prices are half, delivery is quick(3 days before Petsense), and they gladly except any and all returns.
