We drive out of our way from Greeneville to go here. The old owner has since changed over shop ownership but was always very kind and helpful 😊 The prices here have always been affordable which I greatly appreciate not to mention it's a small local business instead of a big corp like petsmart or petco that charges ridiculous amounts for financial gain. 10/10 we have never had a single bad experience and have become loyal customers to both the old owner and also the new owner who is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't attempt to go to this store. The lady answered the phone and said she didn't have what i needed and then just abruptly hung up before I could ask my other question. Rude. Took her 30 minutes to answer the phone as we had to call 4 times.
