I took my dog here for the first time last week and was VERY pleased! The groomer did and excellent job and my dog Zarek seemed happy and relaxed when I picked him up. The tie they put on him was super cute and he smelled and looked wonderful! i will definitely be back! Thank you PetSence!!

The new groomer gave my seniors a great cut however, she put the wrong collar on them which essentially choked one of them until I finally figured out what was wrong 2 days later. I can't risk their lives by taking them there any longer. The groomer should have realized that the collar was entirely too tight for the dog that is 9 lbs. heavier than the other one. I'm disappointed in Petsense because they did great when I first went there in 2015 but more recently the groomers have been well, disappointing.
Great staff, good deals and cute kitties! We love the family atmosphere.

I bought my 9 year old Yorkie in last week. She has always had a long coat but it’s gotten too much to take care of lately. I was prepared to be shocked when it was cut off but Kim did such a beautiful job. I had no idea my baby could look that adorable! Kim was so patient with my anxiety and so very understanding of my older dogs limitations. I will definitely be back soon���Thank you Kim

As a cat lady, I can tell you that this place has everything my fur babies need! Great place, helpful staff!
Dogs outside on hot concrete for adoption event. No food, Little water. So sad.
