I called and asked a couple of questions and while the guy was very nice, he wasnt able to actually answer any of my questions. So 1 star for not having knowledgeable staff because that is super important. The store is clean. The prices are decent. And everyone is nice. Thats all important too but I can go to Stop and Shop and get that. I want to know that the people at the pet store actually know about the products they sell.
I stopped by on my way home from work. I was looking for some thing to help my puppy from chewing everything..I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the woman was very helpful. Much better customer serve than I a got a petco in Lisbon. Keep up the good work.
The staff is so nice and the groomer Casey is amazing!!!!
