Went in yesterday looking for something in particular and as I walked in, there were 2 associates standing there chatting. Not one time did they look up, and I looked for my item, again, not one time did they ask if they could help me find what I was looking for! I walked towards the door and still no response from these 2 associates! I'm very disappointed! I work with the public and I know poor customer service when I see it!
Took my Aussie baby here to be groomed after she got into a nasty pond. Jean took care of her and we got her back looking like a million bucks. These guys are awesome with fur babies!
