I've been a regular customer since the store opened. I have never had poor customer service, but I'm concerned for employees. Now the store is open til 9pm. And they leave one female employee to close? Really?!! Why take a chance on that person's safety???????????? I will make it a point to never shop there after 7 pm. Crazy stupid to try to make a buck and risk an employee's life! Greedy corporations!
Where are my crickets? I buy $130.00 of crickets a week and you Jake can't call me to tell me the status of them. I have toads that are waiting to be fed. What do I tell them.why does this keep happening. Jake came to my rescue. He got me 200 crickets from Albuquerque, then my 3000 cricket's came in today Thank you Jake. I am so so happy.
We just had about the worst customer service. The crickets we were going to buy were too big for the BABY bearded dragons we have so we couldn't take them. Boy did it upset the lady at the register! My husband even apologized and she was still ridiculously rude! Slamming things around. We will never go back to this establishment. We will continue to drive to the other side of the town and give our business to Petsmart!
Petsense is small but has the heart (and service) equal to the larger, box stores! Love their rescue partnership!
