I loved coming here to get my dog groomed with Jason, but since he left we decided to give the new hire a try. Had an AWFUL experience with her & I will definitely not be bringing my pet here again! First, they “no longer” have record of my dog that’s been coming to them for the past 2 years. My dogs love the groomer there!
because they have live animals but does not have containersbto transport them home so messed up
Groomer was great with our big giant fur baby and so was the other staff!
I moved to Peralta a little over a year ago. Jason has been grooming my two dogs since then. He's great with them!! He also bathes and grooms them well. I have a dog with gorrible social anxiety and she's always happy to see him.

I like this pet store! The store is smaller than Pet Smart, but has all a pet lover could look for, in my opinion. Very helpful sales folk; prices are competitive.
We can not thank the team at PetSense enough for how wonderful they were with our newly adopted kittens (Jack (now Lobo) and Jill (now Lucy). It’s so easy to see how well loved and taken care of they were by how cuddly and sweet our kittens are with us! We feel so grateful to have found such an amazing place to adopt our kittens from �
