Not worth the money, barely covered anything
Customer for over 20 years who was really treated very poorly after the death of my cat. During the pandemic my senior cat was frequently at the vet for the treatment of kidney disease. My vet clinic insisted that they submit all claims directly, so that it was all contact-free. Unfortunately after the cat passed away in Jan 2022, I found out that not all claims had been submitted. The worse company, I purchased the most expensive coverage and it covered next to nothing, waste of money.
0 STARS (wouldn’t let me put no stars) TERRIBLE. I’ve paid over thousand in insurance every month for the last year and a half just for them not to cover a SINGLE PENNY!! They are such a SCAM of a company it’s unreal. I know so many people with same story and they have all canceled. They never answer the phone, they transfer you to a line that no one answers when they know your calling to complain. I DON’T RECOMMEND There’s hundreds of more People being scammed by pet secure and not even realizing it!
Terrible customer service. It is impossible to connect with a customer service agent. I recommend you find an alternative company for your needs.
