Absolutely terrible service and no communication. After running us around over a week we called another company Reimer. They came right out and did a full 20,000 removal and install in less than 6 hours. Pretty sad petschke was right around the corner in town we would've waited any amount of time but they never had an answer. Apparently the receptionist doesn't even see the technicians for days at a time or they just like to keep passing the blame to someone else. If you need quality and efficient service call ANYONE ELSE
What a bunch of crooks these guys are. Free service to come look at my furnace and tell me what's wrong. Turned into a bill and a bunch of lies. I sat and watched these guys do nothing and they claim they put in parts and it's all a lie. Shame on you. During Christmas while my furnace is broke.
Excellent service and work. Rich runs a great business very professional and a man with integrity. I highly recommend Petschke for plumbing and hvac services.
All of the employees are curteous, professional and responsive. This past Saturday our furnace quit, I called at 7:45 and someone was out with in an hour, great service !
