They did the plumbing and HVAC for our home. Everything was the cheapest parts they could find, most of it did not meet spec and there were extras for everything. In the first few years we had the HVAC go down a few times and a few parts were replaced, water leak from a nut that was overtightened and cracked that was luckily in the basement, pipes freezing installed on exterior walls, all the toilets needed their parts replaced, kitchen sink leaked, balancing issues, humidity issues. Called them about low pressure in shower. Person who answered the call said they would send somebody out. No mention of fee or if there was going to be one for what turned out to be simply a consultation. Guy came out for about 20 minutes, told me I had a frozen pipe and said to warm it up. I asked what I owed him. He said nothing and left. I never heard back from them. Had another plumber come out. Free consultation, laid out a plan for the fix, and the pipe is clear. Guess what? Very pleased with Petschke service. I had a plumbing issue on a Sunday. Shawn came out and took care of it efficiently. I will continue to use their services.
