Absolutely terrible service and no communication. After running us around over a week we called another company Reimer. They came right out and did a full 20,000 removal and install in less than 6 hours. Pretty sad petschke was right around the corner in town we would've waited any amount of time but they never had an answer. Apparently the receptionist doesn't even see the technicians for days at a time or they just like to keep passing the blame to someone else. If you need quality and efficient service call ANYONE ELSE
