Super friendly staff. Great facility and the Dr Tom Shutes was very thorough and took time to really give my dog a good physical. He listens to my concerns and you can tell that he really cares about your animal. I have been to two other clinics and Petsburgh is far superior. It is clean, and I feel the pricing is fair as well.
My dog had his first board in the kennel. He was very calm when I picked him up. And happy with the kennel staff. Even though he is deaf she spoke to him and used the kindest of body language to pet and say goodbye. Since he can be reactive I was pleased to see this and his report card was good. Only a short daycare during a busy Saturday. I felt she had made a good connection during this visit. Thanks for your kindness from the front desk staff to the back door entry for my wild guy Thumper. See you soon!
I take my dog sassy little Yorkie she's 16 years old here to the vet and also grooming they do 100% and plus job on her they go way and beyond call of duty I couldn't ask for a better groomer or a better veterinarian . Don't believe me just try him once and you never go back to anywhere else.
My dog was recently diagnosed as diabetic. I was overwhelmed but Dr Snyder and the vet tech treated me with compassion and encouragement and most importantly solid information to feel confident about my pet's future.
