Disappointed We had been a regular customer prior to their brief closure in April 2016. We were always satisfied and enjoyed our experience with them. Everyone was always so friendly, reasonably priced, close to home and it was easy to get an appointment. We had heard they reopened and decided to go back. We were disappointed that the groomer we previously saw was no longer with them, so we started seeing their most experienced groomer on staff. What a wonderful job they did on my dog I was very pleasantly surprised with Petsburgh Dog Grooming. Heather, my groomer went above and beyond to make sure my fifteen year old lab was comfortable--usually I have problems getting her groomed --but Heather was kind and gentle and really did a fantastic job of keeping my dog in a relaxed state. The cut was excellent and the prices were fair as well. I have found my new grooming shop-- Highly recommened.
