Rock road animal hospital is NOT for emergencies. Iv taken my animals there for over 10 years. Over the past few years this place has gone way down hill! I called today because my cat needs seen he's acting a bit off. And Sara refused to make an appointment for an animal they have on file. I was given the number to an emergency animal place in O'Fallon. I have a established vet for a reason! So I will take my cat and other animals elsewhere. After 10 years!
