From day one after losing our girl Miley we found sincere and understanding friends in the staff at Pets remembered. We asked for certain containers (1for Teddy), and they found them. Pets Remembered has helped us twice in the last 7 months with the passing of our Husky and our Chihuahua. They handled us with dignity and grace while we were in a very emotional state. Even when I showed up at 730 in the morning with my dog that had just passed, willing to wait until they opened at 9 am, they helped me anyway. I would definitely recommend Pets Remembered. They helped make this very difficult time much easier by transporting our little buddy from our vet clinic to their location. They also provided a beautiful urn box as well as ink paw prints, a clay paw print, and an envelope with some of his black and grey fur in it. They were there to answer all the questions that I could think of and were always very understanding and thoughtful. Thank you Pets Remembered for everything.
Respectful kindness. My dog, LoLa Thunder died unexpectedly and very sudden. The response time was so quick. Her remains were ready for pick up the next day along with lovely items, like her paw print. It continues to be helpful to have the information that was sent along about grieving.
We lost our pet rat Hans and Pets Remembered treated us very well from start to finish. They didn't treat him as "just a rat," but as a loved pet. As promised Hans was ready to come home in less than 24 hours. I expected to receive a plastic box of some sort but it was a nice little wooden box. We received ink paws (on a normal piece of paper AND a fridge magnet), a clay paw, some fur from our baby, and forget me not flower seeds. But I think one of the most important things is...
