Was very friendly and did a great job
My family had to unexpectedly take my elderly cat here while I was out of town in NYC and found out she was at the end of life. The vet was super patient with me as I was trying to navigate the situation over the phone in midtown Manhattan and helped us make the best decisions for my cat while honoring her life and meeting us where we're at. Very grateful for a patient and kind vet making an unexpected and awkward situation less so and giving my cat care and dignity at the end of life.
I had such a pleasant experience here. From the first point of contact and through my visit. Everyone is nice and courteous. Dr Michael is amazing! My cat done so well with him. Her last vet she tried to attack. We will definitely go back when needed.
