This vet is absolutely horrible. I have a friend whose dog visited because she was sick, and they did an unnecessary surgery and my friend had to pay soooooo much! They only added 5 stitches with the dogs stomach coming out. They had to go to another vet and get her checked and they saw how horribly the surgery was done. Do not come to this vet! They know nothing.
I experienced great service today and yesterday when I brought my dog in. Other reviews say you cannot go back with your pet and that is correct. That's standard practice where I'm from so it didn't bother me. I'm new to town and needed to get my dog's vaccinations updated in order to go to doggie daycare. Dr. Soliman and her team continue to impress. I have brought multiple dogs to this clinic over the years, and I'm consistently happy with the level of care that the team shows. Most recently my pup needed surgery to remove a wart from his tongue. I was able to get him in quickly and do the surgery the same day as his checkup. They provided everything I need for his recovery, and followed up several times throughout the process to check in and see how he was doing. This is a great place to take your pets.

This “hospital” is severely lacking in communication, transparency, and basic professionalism. The overwhelmingly negative reviews exist for a reason, and it’s alarming that people continue to bring their pets here. You are not allowed to enter the building or see the veterinarian. Every communication is through a phone. Only people you see are the technicians, which raises serious concerns about who is actually providing care and whether the doctor is even physically present in the building.
