ANSWER THE PHONE. OPEN THE DOOR.
Ok Dr. Solomon does great work, no problem there. What I don’t get is I schedule appointments at 6:45am, no answer or the fax is on, I called 10 times. This has happened 5+ times, I wait 20 minutes then leave? Wasting my time, gas, only to get no response or apology. At this point I have no choice but to take my pet elsewhere.
Dr. Soliman and her team are the best. She cared for my dog for his entire life - over 14 years. The love and compassion that she has for animals is obvious. It was clear that she had my dog's best interest at heart, rather than recommending anything additional that he did not need. I am very grateful I found Pets R Us.
Horrible service, the front lady is super rude and not charismatic. Over priced and not professional. Do not recommend. I do recommend Woodmoor vet in monument. It is worth the longer drive.
Always a great staff. I've been taking my dog here for years.
