My dog has been treated by Dr. Soliman for 4 days this week-I am so pleased & impressed with her expertise & sincere treatment of my Teddy❣️ Vet Tech Aaliyah has gone out of her way to keep in touch w/me & to also care for my Teddy-she even shared some of her chicken lunch w/Teddy❣️I highly recommend this practice!
I called to make an appointment for my dog and managed to secure an emergency appointment for the same day. After providing all my information, I was informed that I would have to drop off my dog and wait in the parking lot or go home, with the veterinarian calling me later. I find this procedure unacceptable. I don't feel comfortable leaving my sick dog without being able to speak to the veterinarian in person to explain what is happening. my appointment was scheduled for 3:30 today. I canceled that appointment.
Horrible vet clinic! Came in first thing in the morning and they refused to see my pet because I didnt have an appointment, even though no one else was there! Clearly they do not care about pets!
I like this place.... but the online appointment system and the phones seem yo not be working.
Dr Solomon and team are wonderful and caring. Our awesome cat was in kidney distress and immediately he was seen and a plan of action was put into place to help him get back to his old self. We are so thankful for the love and care provided by Pets R Us and love that our baby is healthy and back home.
