RecommendedOur doggo, Gypsy, was diagnosed with cancer a while ago. There was a big tumor on her foot that eventually burst and was bleeding everywhere and stinking the last vet we took her to said they would have to amputate a leg to remove it (this was several months ago before it was bugging her) but we weren’t about to do that to our almost 13 year old dog. On the 2 occasions I needed to take my dogs to get emergency treatment they were seen immediately. No waiting for call backs, no unnecessary pain for my dogs. Both were treated the same day and were at home the same night. I'd rather a little more for prompt, friendly treatment than wait a week for a phone call.
This place is corrupt in so many ways. I feel ashamed that I didn’t realize it sooner. They are only after money. Do unnecessary treatment and when finally switched to different vet they failed and refused to disclose all the records and info. My puppy was prescribed the complete wrong meds and was making her WORSE!!

We have been customers of Pets R Us Animal Hospital for the past two years. They are awesome! We have two rescue dogs and the younger one developed seizures in the first week after his adoption. I am so thankful that Dr. Grossburg, Dr. Salamon and the others who have watched over him were there to examine, test, explain and always compassionately care for that little guy. Today we had to put our 14 yr old dog down and as tough as it was, I have to say thank you to the doctor who performed the procedure. He was so compassionate, caring, understanding, and respectful of our emotions. It was extremely sad, but you made it ok. Thank you for everything.
Horrible place to take any animal. They did an unnecessary surgery and charged us $1k without even a conversation. We checked with other vets and what they considered an emergency could have been treated with $1 container of petroleum jelly- good thing I found this out because they didn’t even complete the operation and I ended up doing it at home. Go to Turnberry- they are wonderful and reasonable without the scare tactics and horror show.
