This place is absolutely disgusting. They have puppies in a glass tiny rooms, drinking from hamster bottles. Most dog owners know that dogs need lots and lots of water. So a small amount of water that comes out of a hamster bottle is not suitable. Inside of every single glass cage the dogs were in, was an empty food bowl. Not a drop of food.
