robert always does an amazing job on our dog's grooming, special attention is always paid, and it'd the one place the dog doesn't dread going fast and friendly as well as knowledgable staff makes this our pets store of choice in a city filled with pet boutiques.

Great for grooming... – Rob is the best groomer we have ever used for our little shorkie. She always looks so pretty when I come to pick her up and she is happy and smiling. He is very professional and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work.

FIRST RATE!! – I've been coming to PetsNYC for about a year and from the moment I walked in the door everyone was really nice and attentive. The groomer (Rob) was so great with my Grace (Yorkie) she was really at ease with him, he has a great manner with her. Most Caring Groomer, No Rush, Nice Management – We just moved to the neighborhood and happened upon Pets Nyc. My Shihtzu is terrified of groomers, but was in serous need. Not once has it been easy and she always came home half traumatized (seriously). Best place in the city – I've been going to Pets NYC for a long time and I do not trust anyone else for my cat's care. They offer a great selection of items a pet owner would need as well as the love and compassion!!

Superb Service – I just returned from a grooming with Barry at Metropets and he was extremely caring and kind. My dog was nervous and thrashing about a nail clipping and Barry went above and beyond in care, cleanup and patience with my pet. The owner of the shop was also great - he helped me find the right harness and spent extra time sizing it for me and rewarding my pup with treats. I highly recommend this shop to pet owners in the HK hood. Thanks guys!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! – I've been taking my littlr yorkie to metro pets for about a year now for grooming and haven't been disappointed once. The groomer, Barry, is wondeful and very caring. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a groomer in that area.

Great Service from People Who Really Care About Your Pet – The Staff here is uniformly great, especially Maria, who can give you really good ideas about caring for your cats. They have helped my kitties lose weight and stay healthy, and have given me excellent advice at every turn. Great selection of food and toys, too. Plus, my girls were adoptees from their window back in '02. Just an all-around great neighborhood place.

Great Dog Clothes & Collars!! – Really great selection and prices. They also carry the better dogfood brands and are knowlegeable about them. I think they may be getting new management soon, but I really hope they continue carrying the same great brands. Fingers crossed!!
