I called to let them know we were bringing our pet in and was greeted by a very caring receptionist. When we arrived, the receptionist paid such thoughtful and sincere attention to our needs. She was also professional and we felt very comfortable during our visit. The Vet examined our pet. He is a caring man and was gentle and thorough with the exam. I was referred here through the adoption agency, otherwise would not have used their services. They do the bare minimum and were not helpful to me. Will NOT be returning.
NOT WORTHY of 1 Star. We have been coming here for over 5 years while having a few issues of incompetence & a very rude staff over this time unfortunately we stayed with them. On 2-11-19 their HEARTLESSNESS and INCOMPETENCE became horrifyingly clear. We brought our 15+ Beloved Blazer into join her sister at the Rainbow Bridge. We were checked in and quickly ushered into a damp, cold room waited for a tech to rudely come in and tell us it would be a wait for the doctor. I’ve had great experiences with this office including the emergency surgery that saved my little dog’s life. The staff is kind and has always been helpful. The doctor will give you his honest opinion and according to my dog trainer, the cost for my dogs surgery was very reasonable.
