Matthew P I see alot of negative reviews for Pets-n-Pals here, which I find odd. My family has been getting pets there for years, mainly fish, hamsters, and parakeets (admittedly we've never bought a dog there, which many of the complaints seem to be about). Of all the pet stores my mother has bought fish at, Pets-n-Pals has had the lowest mortality rate. My hamsters and parakeets lived long lifes, my hamsters even exceeded common life spans. jean payne is an experienced breeder To the people making remarks about jean payne. Have you ever been to her property to see her kennels for yourself? I have personally been to rainbows end kennels. My family has worked with her several years. This is not a puppy mill! She is a dedicated breeder who has allegedly undercome some questionable accusations. well run pet store They feature a large aquarium to choose from. They generally have a few adoptable dogs and cats as well. The staff are all friendly although it can be quite busy at times. Finding some help might take some waiting. Parking is sometimes a challenge. Their parking lot isn't the biggest. However, if you don't feel bad about parking on the side street, there's plenty there. Upon entering the pet store, there's plenty to see. Pets N Pals I think Pets N Pals is a good pet store as far as pet supplies. They always have the latest and newest things on the market for your pets. They have a wide selection different supplies and brands. They usually have everything I need, and if not, they are always more than happy to order it for me. As for their livestock, I don't buy from them, and wouldn't reccomend it. I also think that they should be more choosy about who they hire. what kind of pet store is this?!? So I went o Pets-N-Pals today (3-5-2010) and the large cockatiel in their store had an Arby's curly fry. When I brought it to the staff member's attention she said "Oh yeah, I gave it to him" What?!? What are you thinking? Only minutes later I realized that the one Chinchilla that they had was SOAKING wet. They had a water bowl in his cage... Chinchillas can't get wet... what kind of pet store is this?!?
