I have used P.E.T.S Clinic for years and I have always had great experiences. I recently had my baby girl spayed and we were both extremely nervous. Shelly was amazing with the check in process and Kai was amazing with the checkout process. Gracie at the front desk was so sweet and the tech (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) who helped us when we picked our girl up were fantastic as well.
I have used P. E. T. S for a long time now. I've received morning but the best care for my furbabies. They send you updates as care progresses. Everyone is very caring and compassionate.
If you care about your pet and want to be treated with respect, do not go to Pets. I visited this place a few times in between vets. I had 2 issues with them. The most recent was a. Emergency situation. They refused to see my dog (his toe was bleeding) until I could tell the extremely rude employee what I was willing to pay. She raised her voice to me and kept asking. I finally said I have no idea I don’t know what is wrong. The waiting room was empty. I ended up walking out. My dog had cancer in that toe and it had to be am... read more
