Good service and friendly staff, took care with our dogs while doing what was needed
Fantastic veterinary clinic with amazing staff ( vets and vet nurses and reception staff) who truly work together for the benefit of all the animals they treat. My dog has severe epilepsy and Cushing’s syndrome and they have literally brought her back from the dead on two occasions now. They not only provide excellent veterinary care but also have gone out of their way to make my dog’s quality of life better too, by consulting with specialists interstate. Declined via email to accept my diabetic dog as a new client when still accepting new clients (accepted a new client 2 days later that I know of via Facebook post). I can prove the denial and the new client, and will upload screenshots if disputed. Any new client could become complex care at any given moment. It's easy to take on the quick vaccinations etc so maybe the expertise wasn't there for diabetes.
