My experience was very negative. I left my dog for treatment with Vet Hiro and when I picked her up, she was much worse. She had been given fluids without proper investigation, lost half a kilo in a single day (a lot for such a small dog), and the vet said she had kidney stones and needed surgery. I’ve taken my pets here for years. And unfortunately they are under new administration, or they have recently entered into a new partnership with another vet, and it has since become a money grab operation. I’ll be on the hunt for a new vet. The prices are variable and unfortunately just can’t be trusted to give you an honest opinion anymore. They are literally trying to upsell your pet’s health. What a pity.
