Dr Alex was rude, very unprofessional and patronising. She didn't even look at my dog's teeth until my son helped her. Their website promises free dental checks but she charged us $100 to tell us we had to come back and pay a minimum $1000 to find out the issue. Will NEVER return.
Had been there for years and happy until a vet spoke to me so rudely and talked down to me implying that my senior dogs eye ulcer was all my fault. I was so upset and felt so belittled. I have now found an excellent vet and will never go back to O’halloran Hill.
We’ve had a few of our dogs cared for at O’Halloran Hill Veterinary Clinic over the years, and the team has always been exceptional. Most recently, they helped us navigate a tricky situation with a new dog we’d just taken ownership of, going out of their way to assist with his desexing paperwork. They offered a consultation and sorted everything out quickly and kindly — it really took the stress out of the situation. Jess’s training has saved my sanity and brought back the enjoyment of having a dog. I tried to take Cinder my Golden Retriever to puppy school but it was so embarrassing I stopped going. I then tried online training which didn’t work either. Due to her size, walking her was becoming impossible and such a negative time for us both. I felt like such a failure.
