I was very surprised to hear your closed and bad reports of how the animals are treated. My experience with pet haven,a couple of years ago was great. I rang them to ask about getting a small dog. After a couple of months they contacted me.l went down to see him(18mth old longhair Jack Russell) He was a stray,poor thing very scared. I said I'll have him. Tell you a Personal Story about Ten Years Ago, we had A Cat we got from Pets Havens Named Becca she was very scared little Kitten that almost sadly died but my mum saved her life made her part of our family for Life and she was just the most beautiful loving cat with crazy weird personally unfortunately she passed away last year from a very hard conditions with her Kidneys I sadly blamed Pet Havens for not being truly honest on what happened to her since she was a kitten. Terrible..... I've been waiting for a refund on a dog I returned in September. Not happy, terrible. I've called every other week for 3 months for this refund and NOT one person has called me back to say they will get it, they're always beating around the bush telling me they will get the accounts guy to call(which he never did..of course) And the receptionists say they will pass my details on but never get a call back. Absolutely shocking
