From emergency to primary pet care, this place is the best. As a parent of a multi-pet household, I have had many of my babies treated here for various issues. I have never felt like I was being robbed with unnecessary services. The doctors are amazing, so kind, caring, and understanding. Dr. Sam is tops!
The receptionist is very rude. I was talking and asking more questions. She hung up. I called back asking her what’s her name she saying she couldn’t hear me. Then I call back she said oh I can hear you now. So I let her know that was very rude of her to hang up on me in the middle of asking a question. She stated she got more important things to be doing and then hung up on me. This female receptionist is the reason why good places lose customers or new comers
Look at how relaxed my dog is in their beautiful waiting area! He had a painful toe that I was afraid was infected, and my regular vet had already closed. Pets Furst is not far from our home and open until 8pm. We were seen in about 45 minutes, he got great care, and I felt comfortable with everyone he met. Excellent walk-in urgent care that came highly recommended by coworkers and friends! Hours are great, they are open every day from 8am-8pm and will take you as long as you’re in the door before 8pm which is amazing. Dr. Jess Austin and techs were all awesome!! Fair pricing as well… which is partly why we avoided coming to ANY pet urgent cares in the past because of their usual price gouging tactics.
