The team is very welcoming. They go the extra mile to insure your comfort and speed to make your visit quick. Several times we have called at the last minute and the staff has done their best to see that we were able to be seen. Little bit of an extra drive from me, but it’s well worth it!
Dr Clementz is the absolute best!! We had an emergency that required surgery. Our Boerboel had puppies and medvet sent her home with a dead puppy inside her. We called Dr Clementz and she said "get her here in 45 minutes and I'll get a surgical team together. Very first time even calling her for anything. She didn't charge any crazy emergency fees and just genuinely wanted to save our baby. BEST VET EVER!!! She gets all of our business now.
Where do I even begin- everyone from the front desk to the back are true blessings! We actually started going here bc med vet left my dog with a stuck puppy after 3 days of being in labor-I posted on fb abt it & my friend referred me here. They had never met her or us and had a surgical team ready for her in 45mins saving my girls life. Update 6/2/2026 I'd like to update my review to say how much I miss Dr. Clementz and the entire team, especially Kelly, Matt, and Bri who I saw the most. While I no longer live nearby, I still compare every veterinary experience to the exceptional care we received. Dr. Clementz has a genuine gift for caring for both animals and the people who love them.
