Was scheduled to have my dog looked at for a severely swollen leg. Got stuck behind a car wreck on 270 and called them letting them know I was going to be late. They said it was okay and to still come. When I was right around the corner only a couple minutes away they told me they couldn’t look at my dog anymore because they triple booked for some reason. I moved from Maryland and needed a new vet for a sick appointment for my golden…they got me in as a new patient the same day. The staff every single one was so kind and sweet and helpful. The pricing was reasonable and the care for my dog was so genuine. I would highly recommend this office!
I've been going to pets first for the past 4 years with my cat and every time I am met with kindness and understanding. Whether my cat is sick, getting her annual vaccines or having surgery the staff always take care of my Gracie. When my sweet girl got her spay they kept me updated during her procedure and checked in with us after we went home. I couldn't ask for a more caring team for my girl!
I travel about a hour to see them for my dogs! Well worth the trip, staff is always super friendly and they’re great working with dogs that have anxiety!
