Amazing Pet Store in Papillion! The staff is SUPER nice and there are so many organic,grain-free and eco-friendly products for dogs here. They have a vast selection of different dog toys, leashes, clothes and collars to choose from. Not only that but they make there own dog treats all with natural ingredients. I have been coming to his store for over a year now and every single time has been a great experience. Every.single.time. The staff is friendly, helpful, not pushy and have told me about promotions that save me money. The selection is awesome. They let me use their bath stations for free when I bought shampoo from them. Love, love, love this store. ALWAYS a great experience.
I love this place. After going to the Green Spot which seems great at first. Service is overwhelming and employees ramble off incorrect information about dog food and diets. They won't let you shop without being harassed. Pet Earth's employees are so kind and helpful. They've answered every question Ive had. They really like you take your time and enjoy shopping. I will continue buying my dogs raw dog food here!!!!
Service is terrible, clerks are rude... and uneducated about the most basic pet items. Obviously the older ladies are related to the owners, otherwise they wouldn't have a job. Order online, it's cheaper, and you don't have to wait 1/2 hour while someone tries to figure out how to work a touch pad register, or a cell phone. In addition, I've been in and purchased items from the store at least a dozen times, and each time I go in, I get a blank stare like they've never seen me before.
