The whole experience was rushed. Kelly was in our home a total of 18 minutes. I expected the experience of saying goodbye to our beloved dog to feel more peaceful and with more opportunity to say goodbye. At one point I even told her that we weren’t ready yet. But that only slowed her down maybe 60 seconds. I understand that perhaps she rushed because she had to drive out a way to us (but we paid extra for that) and it was on a weekend (we paid extra for that too).
