There are not enough words to describe how happy we were to have found Dr Linden and her vet tech Michelle. Not only were they very experienced and professional but they also had great empathy and compassion for both our dog and for us. I was lucky that I had 14 years with my beautiful boy, but it doesn’t make saying goodbye easy. Michelle has the kindest voice, you can hear the compassion in her tone. Communication was clear and consistent. When Michelle and Jane arrived at my house they were so calm, which is what I needed since I was a nervous wreck. During such a difficult time, these ladies made the experience of letting a pet go so peaceful and safe. They were so compassionate and gentle during the whole experience. It's never easy but they made it stress free experience. If you have a pet that doesn't enjoy the vet and needs calm energy during their last moments, I recommend this option.
Dr. Jane and her assistant, Michelle were very kind and gentle. I had the in home euthanasia my cat. Dr. Jane explained the procedure thoroughly and it was fast.
The most peaceful and compassionate ending to a wonderful 16 years with Rex.
