I love taking Penny, my Springer into be groomed. The Staff is amazing! I trust them with Penny and they always do a great job, I always recommend them to everyone.
This was the first time we used this mobile grooming service for our 2 dogs and 1 cat. We are extremely pleased with the job they did! We plan to use them on a regular basis from now on. Our pets are part of our family, so having them groomed right outside our home is less stressful for them and makes it so easy for us. Carolyn along with a helper did a fantastic job on our little trio. We would highly recommend this service!
We have mixed feelings about this groomer. The first yorkie cut was great. The second time we had the mobile unit to come our home. They charge more, not a problem, but the cut was not good at all. We attempted three times to schedule an appointment to have our "scheduled" cut, but no on returned our call. We tipped well and even though the cut wasn't that great the second time, we still tipped well and we didn't complain. This is the greatest groomer I've ever done business with. They are very friendly and professional. Their facility is very clean and organized. I called, and they were able to get our pet in right away. Our dog came out of there looking like he was ready for a show!! They did a perfect job on his teeth, ears, coat, nails, etc. I would definately recommend this grooming facility, and their services!!
My yorkies' enthusiasm aroused by the sound of her groomers' voice! I don't particularly like to brush out my yorkie so I have Pets R People 2 keep her in a schnauzer cut! It keeps her cool for the summer. Pets R People 2 completes service timely! My yorkie is not confined in a cage w/ a dryer on! Pets R People 2, is a VERY reliable grooming service. Not only does Roxane give your dog the up most attention, but while speaking with her, & the questions I have about my animals, she is very knowledgable in her field! I recommend her services highly, acturaly look forward to my monthly grooming "date". Her professionalism is first class.
