My first engagement with 1st Vets. I'm impressed. Great staff, all very friendly. My dog needed a dental (plaque removal and associated extractions), and they quoted a competitive price, which i found to be very reasonable indeed. Thoroughly recommended.
Exceptional care is given to every pet that enters the door, you are listened to with any concerns you have, they want to care for you and your pet, the good thing is you do not feel you are being ripped off the pricing is very good compared to other vets around the area who just want to use your pet as a cash machine. I would highly recommend pets 1st vets to everyone.
Hannah Benbow is a first class vet. She has such a lovely style and makes both the pet and the owner feel relaxed and welcomed. In addition she provides you with the confidence that you are in safe hands and she explains things well making you feel included in the decisions being made.
Excellent veterinary practice, would highly recommend to any pet owner.
