The best family medicine doctor ever!
He has a very poor beside manner. Had my mother dismissed from the Hospice unit when her surgeon didn't want her to be transported because of he frail condition. She was sent back to the nursing home. The nursing home is not equipped to give the type of care she needed. Hospice apologized for his rudeness and his decision. They ordered 24 hr care in nursing home. My mom passed away. Shame on him.
I see Dr Petryk for my annual reviews. I generally see his staff PA or CNP for minor issues in between. I find all to be very thorough and professional. I have had many annoying issues in the last few years and all were diagnosed or I was referrred to specialists for those requiring it.
To many to list diff issues that went undiag. Pulled my ear saying nothing in there that's not supposed to be. AND how would I know what vertigo was! Dr would not give me any referals cause he said I didn't need to bother anyone else. I had to pay out of pocket for other specialist I went to see to find out what was going on with me. Many more severe and life threatening diagnosis that 3 yrs later I am still suffering the repercussions o not having it diagnosed sooner. Feel free to ask...
