Went in and spoke to Chris…she was awesome! I am glad to say these reviews don’t reflect on my experience. She was kind, professional, helpful, and above all extremely knowledgeable. I know bad service, but thankfully didn’t receive it here. Great options - cruise, guided tours, custom itineraries. They have it all!
FALSE Advertisement from this company. Was offered a luggage add-on for a flight when purchasing. Was told AFTER I purchased the ticket that their is actually no luggage add-on. Don't sell something you can't! I'm NEVER coming here again. And definitely DO NOT recommend this travle agency. Paid $450 for what??!?!?
Terrible.. not accurate information. Do not provide $100.00 promise on Ship Board. Took me several hours few days to get booked
