Great place to have your teeth checked and worked on. Sensitive, caring staff, nice facility.
Used to be a Christian based, compassionate business that I loved! Am now switching to a different dental office b/c my last 3 visits I had to argue over the padded bill. I would suggest you get the EOB in advance & have Dr. Walton sign off on it before any work is preformed. Don't let him do any service, but what the EOB reads. Don't believe it when employees tell you that your insurance covers the cost. I've never heard so many lies & denials from a professional staff!!! I called and made an appt. To have a tooth pulled. We decided to do temporary filling until I could afford a root canal and crown. It took six appts to fix my tooth for a crown and on the day of the 7th appt and emergency happened and I called in at 730am to reschedule it. My apt was set for 1pm. The calling staff was rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend who wanted to make sure they knew I couldn't make it. They said they were going to charge me for the inconvenience.
