Truly upsetting on how they deal with tenants. I used them as a company to rent out my house. They did not notify me of any of the issues at my house. The tenants contacted me, bypassing the use of the company, rightfully so. I could have saved the money that I gave this company and actually repaired my house.
Tony made selling my property easy and stress-free. He communicated clearly, set realistic expectations, and never over-promised. His suggestions for improvements were valuable and used, Tony even facilitate the work to be carried out - a huge help to me as I am located interstate.
