HUGE RIP OFF SCHEME AT THIS PLACE..we called to schedule an alignment on our car and was told that it would be $130. went today for our appointment and was told they could not do the alignment bc of parts that needed replaced (parts that are not worn out by the way) and that to do the alignment they would need to replace those parts, which would cost us $1900. Called to see if they could look at my truck. The lady on the phone was nice and told me I would get a call from the service manager. I was suppose to receive a call back 2 days ago. Customer experience is lacking. It would be a 1 star if the lady wasn’t so nice.
This review is for sales. My wife and I purchased a new 2024 Ram 2500 Big Horn diesel from this dealer. We live in Little Rock, and found the truck via Autotrader. Our sales person was very friendly and not pushy. He let us know about additional rebates and incentives. Every single person we encountered was welcoming and friendly. We brought our dog with us and he was also welcomed and was greeted with lots of attention and pets.
