Christine is beyond lovely and goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is as easy and enjoyable from the first point of contact to when you pick up your dream wedding dress. Christine is amazing. I'm an older bride and was anxiously looking for wedding dresses but every shop I went into felt like a bridal dress mill. I finally found a sample dress that I loved at a local shop – but it wasn’t in my size and there wasn’t time to order it. Had an appointment to go wedding dress shopping, my appointment was for 12:00, I am not from London so drove out there and when I showed up, nobody was at the store. Me and my family tried calling a few times and never got an answer, we stood outside waiting and trying to call for over 35 minutes, and still never received a call.
