I would like to say that my experience calling in to place a very large order for the diesel system for our transit authority was over the last few weeks has been one of the worst I have ever had. If I can get someone to answer the phone they dont listen to what I have to say and immediately refer me to the web site to order the parts that we need. I never get the opportunity to ask any questions regarding the size and quality of and order for one of the largest transit authorities in the country. We will shop elsewhere.
