Petro Pools has serviced our pool for the past several years. They have provided excellent service, responded to urgent calls immediately, troubleshooted and fixed issues, and cleaned up after many storms. They are proactive and work through responsive and clear communication. Today, I called Evan with a heater issue and he acted immediately. We’ve been using Petro Pools for our weekly pool maintenance for just over a year now. We had a prior pool company that burned their bridges with us, since going to PetroPools we’ve never been happier. The communication with Evan (office manager) is top notch!
