I had Nate from Petropools come out to replace my waterfall pump that had failed. They communicated very well prior to arriving for the repair and were able to complete the repair very quickly once they arrived. I highly recommend Petropools (and Nate specifically!) for any pool repair services you may need.

PetroPools is fantastic! They always do a great job and go above and beyond. Ryan and Evan are top-notch — professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Pool was neglected when I bought the home, and they turned it around so quickly. Highly recommend this company!

Petro Pools has serviced our pool for the past several years. They have provided excellent service, responded to urgent calls immediately, troubleshooted and fixed issues, and cleaned up after many storms. They are proactive and work through responsive and clear communication. Today, I called Evan with a heater issue and he acted immediately. Tech Nate was out within an hour and our issues were resolved. We couldn’t be happier with Petro Pools!
