i called to get my dog scheduled for a wash, this lady tina answered and she had asked what breed i had. i let her know that i had a chow chow, she sternly said “we don’t do dogs that big.” i let her know that my puppy is only 10 weeks old and i was looking for a one time wash and he is quiet small. she replied so rudely and cut me off by saying “he will get big tho.” if you want good services or want kind employees.. do not go here. I am not a client. I am giving this location 5 Stars for the response given to the "former" client that gave your establishment a 1 star. I commend you and would HIGHLY recommend and I will definitely come to your establishment when you have the staff to welcome in "New Clients". The fact that you managed and pull through Covid 19 speaks a lot AND the amount of 5 stars that you have across the board SPEAKS more than the one 1 star that you received. Former client. Called four times to schedule a grooming for our new dog - not a single returned call. My calls were spaced out over several days and a few weeks. I tried a 5th time and miraculously they answered, but then said they are not taking on any new clients (even former clients) and referred me to a groomer VERY far away!! Tried calling one more time to appeal their new "no new client policy" with no response.
